step 5 - instructions

Dear all,

Welcome to the last step in our "5 steps to platform expertise" training programme.

So far you have created a folder, a text, an image and a shortcut. In step 5, you are invited to let us know how you liked each individual step. Step 5 is actually divided into two small tasks. First, we ask you to enter your assessment in a table. Secondly, we would like you to write a brief comment using the comment function of the platform.

Step 5 should not take more than 10 minutes (including reading through instructions). If you want to print this page, simply click on „Print this page“ in the left column.

In order to assess each step, proceed as follows:
  1. Open the assessment table which we have already prepared by clicking on the link below:

  2. Now, you see a table. In order to add your assessment, click on "edit this text" in the left column.

  3. The "epoz-facttext" editor opens. Now, enter your assessment.

  4. After you have finished, click on "next >>".

  5. Do not adapt the permission! Simply click on "preview".

  6. A preview of the table is generated.
    (a) If you want to change anything, click on "edit this text" in the left column.
    (b) If you are satisfied with the preview, click on "publish" otherwise nobody except you will see your assessment.

  7. After you have clicked on "publish", the fact is opened automatically.
In order to write a comment, proceed as follows:
  1. You can always add comments at the bottom of each fact.

  2. Enter a title for your comment in the first input field.

  3. In the second input field, enter a brief comment (e.g. "I thought the training programme was helpful."). If you can't think of a comment, type in anything you wish (e.g. "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz").

  4. Click on "preview >>".

  5. A preview of your comment is generated.
    (a) If you want to change anything, click on "edit".
    (b) If you are satisfied with the preview, click on "publish" otherwise nobody except you will see the comment. (Please note, comments can be only read by authorized persons, that is project team members!)

  6. Your comment is now visible (only for project team members!) at the bottom of the fact. In the header of the comment you can see when the comment was published, who wrote the comment and which version the comment refers to. If you wish, you can reply to comments by clicking on the "reply"-link.

This is the end of your "5 steps to platform expertise" training programme!
