1. leave navreme to rest for a while, and eventually revive the whole thing when needed. But do this only once you can find projects which secure the basics of the firm for a minimum of 1 year (50K for admin, + project refunding for CEO), including administrative staff. Fade out the smaller existing contracts and acquire no new ones, while joining 3s as a private person, or eventually another company.
2. make a real non-profit association out of navreme, which has official membership. This way it would transform officially more in what it is already anyway: an association of like minded people interested in education and European Affairs. Why dont you transform navreme into the thing you called NEPU, and look how it develops. That would need further discussion of course.
