Cant say. I just know the Turkish and the CZ case better. For Turkey I would suggest to hold on with the training sessions, and let the plant grow, whatever is happening in Vienna. Of course you would need to water the plant, but I am confident that you will do this anyway.
For CZ - I think you have someone with a lot of potential there too. I am not so sure, if for the next two years or so our young mum will really risk larger projects. But for Prague I see a similar situation like for Vienna: with Petra the whole thing stands or falls.
