Click on “more options” to display the complete search user interface. Then you have the following possibilities to concretize your search:

-) enter keyword
-) choose the fact type: e.g. when you are searching only for a text or download fact
-) field choice: should the keyword be searched for in all fields of the facts, or only in the title or author fields?
-) time period of publication
-) display only your own published facts
-) display only published or only unpublished facts

When you have chosen News, Events, Links or Library as a fact type:
-) choose filtertypes (for example – news filter)

With the small checkbox in the right outer corner you can save a specific search query as standard. Thereafter this query will always be displayed when you open the search user interface.
