There are 2 groups of p-admins. The standard p-admin and the advanced p-admin. 

If a username was fixed as advanced p-admin, the user has, in comparison to the standard p-admin", the option to use a set of additional functionalities concerning design and functionality of the platform. The more advantages you have with these advanced scopes, the higher the risk to destroy something or to set something wrongly. Thus, only well-trained persons will be upgraded to advanced p-admins.

For standard padmins there is still the possibility to ask their s-admin to arrange settings that normally are fixed through advanced p-admins.
